Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Ofcourse and Yes You Can!

But:
Any return or exchange must be anounced within 14 days (please use our contact form).
Depending the country you ordered from, the amount of time taken by the return of the goods must not exceed 14 days plus the standard transit time given by the postal agency or courier.
The goods shall be undamaged and unused. The return costs are at your own expense except for damaged goods on arival (see damaged goods on arrival).

Damaged goods on arrival
Please contact us a.s.a.p when goods are damaged on arrival. Make sure to make enough digital pictures of the (damaged) package including the damaged contents and wrapping materials used and sent it to us. At least one picture must show the complete delivery address on the box in case of a courier/postal agency dispute. Digital pictures may be taken by your cell phone and or other device.

Exchanges
It is possible to exchange your order(part).
Please communicate with us what you exactly want to change your order for or any other desire related to it. We are surely able to propose one or more alternatives. With mutual approval a new order will be created by us or by the client depending on the issue at hand. The former order will be credited when received. Goods are only shipped when the amount due is fully paid for.
