When can I expect my order to be delivered?
This depends on what country you have placed your order from. Here you can find a list of countries that we ship to with expected delivery times. When you did not receive your order x days/weeks past the time indicated in the table, please contact us.

I can not pay. The site is not working?
Delete your browser history and refresh the page. Still not working? Please contact us.

Why does my order not ship even after I have paid?
Some times it happens that we sell products at the same time that you place the order. If this happens we will contact you on whether you would like to wait until we replenish our stock, or if we can provide you with an alternative product.

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation?
After you place an order an automatic E-mail is sent to your provided E-mail address by default. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please check your mail spam folder. There is a good chance you will find it in your spambox.
Please note here that free e-mail services (like Yahoomail,Gmail etc) tend to send unknown mail directly in your spambox (or even delete it).
A double check is therfore advised.

Is it possible to return items?
Yes. You may return products within 14 days as long as they are undamaged and unused. However we do not reimburse shipment.

How to pay?
Payment is possible through iDeal , PayPal , BanContact / Mister Cash , Giropay , SOFORT banking and bank transfer. Please note that some payment options (excluding IDEAL, SOFORT and banktransfer) charge extra for their services. We recommend to avoid additional costs to be paid by these latter methods.
