Damaged goods incured by shipping are insured!
Please contact us a.s.a.p when goods are damaged on arrival. Make sure to make enough digital pictures of the (damaged) package including the damaged contents and wrapping materials used and sent it to us. At least one picture must show the complete delivery address on the box in case of a courier/postal agency dispute. Digital pictures may be taken
